As a non-profit entity, CDAC’s mission is to reduce the burden of government by helping the government deliver infrastructure and social services. We do that through partnership with municipalities, governments, and institutes of higher education to own and operate property—serving as the property’s owner, asset manager, and borrower of record for debt. From new construction to the acquisition of existing projects, from new bonds to recapitalization and renovation of an asset, CDAC ensures each project meets stakeholder objectives through long-term asset management and cost-effective financing with appropriate risk allocation.
